Terms-Conditions
Reservations
Reservations and inquiries can be made
by telephone, in writing, by email, or by fax. In order to hold a reservation,
a deposit of 25% of the total charges is required. If the cancellation is
submitted 14 days prior to the reserved date, 20% of the deposit will be refunded;
5% of the deposit and incurred bank service fees are non-refundable. If cancellation
is received after 14 days prior to the reserved date, none of the deposit
will be refunded.
Any changes in reservation must be confirmed
with the landlord within five days from the date of the initial reservation.
Payments
With
the receipt of the booking confirmation 25 % of the rent will be due. The deposit
must be paid within 5 business days. The remainder of the rent is due on arrival.
Methods of Payment
by bank transfer: all bank charges are debited to the tenant. All payments
are to be made on the following account:

Charges
Rental
fees do not include telephone charges; these are metered and payable to the
owner separately from all other costs. Cleaning, heating, house-linen and gas
are provided at no additional charges unless otherwise noted. These and any
additional charges are to be paid in EUR to the owner (landlord) of the property.
Domestic
animals
Bringing
along domestic animals is not permitted without the consent from the landlord.
Maintainance
The
owner or authorized persons maintain the right to enter the property at any
time, in order to execute neccessary maintenance work ( garden, plumbing, etc.).
Any cost incurred by the guest(s) damage to the property, furniture, and applicances,
will be the responsibility of the same guest(s). The guests will also be responsible
for any court fees and charges incurred in legal proceedings.
Check
in / check out
The
arrival normaly must take place between 10:00 a.m and noon, the departure between
08:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m..
Registration
& Overcrowding
Upon
arrival, the payment voucher (if applicable) as well as identification papers
for all persons in the group must be presented to the owner (landlord) of the
property in order to complete the legally prescribed registration. The
owner (landlord) of the property has the right to refuse admission to any guests
who don't present identification papers. Only registered guests will
be permitted to stay on the property. If these conditions are violated, the
landlord has the right to remove the entire guest party. Any costs associated
with such an action will be the responsibility of the guest(s). Alternatively,
the owner (landlord) can claim an additional payment of 50,00 euro- up to 100,00 euro-
(depending on the property in question) per person, for each day of stay.
